I specialize in the appraisal of multi-family and single family properties as well as lower-tiered retail, office, industrial, and mixed usage properties. My territory for multi-family (apts.) is the Colorado Front Range (Pueblo, Colo. Spg.s, Denver metro, Boulder, Golden, Ft. Collins). My residential territory is El Paso, Teller, Douglas, Elbert, and Pueblo Counties. For all other type commercial properties, my territory is El Paso County.
